The products are delivered via authorized couriers to the residential/shipping address stated on the order form, or to the 12myths store, selected by the user from the corresponding field of the e-shop when submitting the order. The delivery is made only to the buyer and it is required to show the courier or the employee of the 12myths store the user’s original ID or passport and record his personal details in the corresponding documents of the courier company. Delivery to the user’s residential address is carried out by authorized couriers. Delivery to the 12myths store does not entail a financial burden on the user, but it does entail a commitment to come to the 12myths store within an exclusive period of five (5) calendar days, from the receipt of the relevant notification from the e-shop in order to receive the ordered items. If the user does not arrive within this time period, 12myths is entitled to release the ordered products, respectively crediting the user’s credit or debit card used for payment.
Delivery takes place on the next working day – except Saturday – from the day the order is submitted, provided that the order has been placed from Monday to Thursday until 1:30 p.m., and only for Athens and capitals of prefectures and towns excluding Islands.
Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days in any other case (e.g. order on Friday or during the weekend). The same applies to delivery to islands and remote areas. As long as the user’s home address has been selected as the place of delivery, the delivery times are from 10.00 to 20.00 for Monday – Friday. Deliveries within South Attica are also carried out on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
For products that are pre-ordered, the estimated delivery time is shown on a case-by-case basis on the corresponding e-shop website before submitting the order and the payment process. In exceptional cases and if the customer has been previously informed, the delivery time can be extended.
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes) or reasons not related to 12myths there is an inability to deliver the goods within the predetermined time (with the exception of cases of unavailability of the products), 12myths will contact the customer as soon as possible, in order for the latter to inform her if he wishes under these conditions, the completion of the order.
