12myths provides the option of paying for the ordered products – with the exception of pre-ordered products:
12myths provides the possibility of payment:
- Through credit and debit cards of the financial institutions cooperating with it. VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO cards are accepted.
- Cash on delivery to the employee of the courier company.
To pay by credit or debit card, the user is automatically directed to a secure website of the Electronic Money Foundation. The charge to the credit or debit card is carried out after checking and certifying the data and its validity. The user is solely responsible for the correct recording of the details of the credit or debit card used for the transaction as well as for its legal use.
The user acknowledges that 12myths is not responsible for any issue related to the processing of his data and/or the execution of the above process. For any dispute or question regarding charges on their credit or debit card, users should contact their card issuing bank directly.
For all payment methods there is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice. The consumer has no obligation to pay if he does not receive the legal document (Receipt-Invoice). An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession for self-employed people. Maximum cash and/or credit card payment limits are subject to the limitations provided by applicable tax or other applicable legislation.
In any case where 12myths has the obligation to return the price to the user: a) in case of payment by credit card of the total amount of the transaction, the price is credited to the card used by the user for the transaction, following an order from 12 myths to the bank, b) in case the payment is made via credit card in monthly instalments, the credit of the price is carried out in monthly instalments, as many as were originally set for the payment, on the corresponding dates when the card would be debited, c) in case the price was paid in cash, 12myths credits the bank account indicated by the user in the e-shop Customer Service.
