Product returns
The user must, upon delivery of the products, check the products he receives (in terms of identity, completeness, condition, coke packaging). In all cases in which products were sent to the user with obvious damage, indicatively damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc., the user must refuse to receive the product from the beginning and contact immediately Customer Service e-shop, either by calling +302104297267, daily 09:00-17:00, or by sending an e-mail to info@twelvemyths.com. In any case, the user retains the rights provided by the applicable legislation.
Products can be returned:
- In all cases, in which 12myths made a mistake (e.g. a mistake in ordering, shipping, etc.) products were sent to the user that he did not order and the user proceeded to receive them in good faith. The return of the unordered items must be made within three (3) days of their receipt, otherwise 12myths is not obliged to carry out the original order again.
- 12myths ‘ defective product replacement policy, described below in clause 11.
- In the event that the user wishes to withdraw from the transaction, as defined below in condition 12.
Products must be returned in the condition they were delivered to the user, in the original complete packaging that normally accompanies the product (the IMEI must agree), together with all the documents included in it and accompanied by their legal proof of purchase. 12myths may refuse the receipt of returned items that do not meet the above conditions, as well as the credit of the amount of the value of the product, while the product will be returned to the sender at his own expense. In case of refusal, the product will be destroyed.
For the place and method of returning the products, the user must contact the “e-shop Customer Service”, either by calling +302104297267 daily 09:00-17:00, or by sending an e-mail to info@twelvemyths.com. Returning to the physical store of 12myths is not possible.
The return of products is carried out without any financial burden on the user.
